The grub:

 

  • oats, rasp & blue berries, plain chobhani
  • Chicken boob + roast carrots
  • too many handfuls pistachios (arrghhh)
  • Chicken boob + roast carrots + broccoli
  • laughing cow cheese with stick dip
  • 4 vitawheat
  • 1 scotch

Good sleep. 

Gym:

  • Circuit 1: squat + prone jacknives
  • Circuit 2: chest press + shoulder press
  • Circuit 3: TRX mountain climbers + wood choppers
  • Circuit 4: squat shoulder press + chicken arms (what is this called??!!)
  • 10 minutes Max incline power walking

I know push ups were in there and some pendulum swings on TRX, but can’t recall  how they fit in.

Feel good today.  Food reasonable…but pistachios a killer in the volume I had them. oy.

food 29.7.2014

want to get back to some food tracking as food has lapsed a bit.  Not crazy town, but useful sometimes to get back to writing it down and looking at it!

  • oats, berries, chobhani
  • 3 x tins of tuna
  • 1.5 banana
  • 2 x laughing cow cheese things w dip stick things
  • a chobhani
  • probably 3 handfuls of blue and yellow corn chips with Hummus
  • Few scotches (oops)

I must be missing something …I’m sure there was more?  But was a bit mucked up food day as didnt’ bring lunch, was going to have can of soup but then just didn’t.  Hmm.  Boy do I need more vegetables…not usually something I need to think about.

Kettle Bell swings – 20
Ab curl under side plank – 10 E
15 push ups
